Dr. Song basically gave me, my husband and daughter an anatomy class and made sure we understood what was going on with me and the options I had. He always answered our questions. He showed concern and his great bedside manner made me trust when surgery time arrived. He was called me right away after being paged for a post-op concern I had. He and Sarah made sure my follow-up appointments/referrals were taken care of. Exceptional care. Thank you!

I was first greeted by the nurse then the PA then Dr. Ward. Seamless experience and all three worked synergistically with each other. Very reassuring to visit in the office who's practice is all focused on the same thing.
